This is an enthralling mid-century modern highboy dresser by Lane. The case is fashioned from walnut with lighter-toned banding, base and legs for a striking contrast. The front is fitted with five drawers, each with dramatic walnut graining and a scrolled solid brass pull. The highboy measures 36” wide / 18” deep / 45” tall. It has been professionally refinished. Manufactured on November 5, 1963, this highboy was made mere days before President Kennedy’s assassination; a landmark moment in American history.
