Delivery Policy:

Local delivery of our merchandise is available within a 25 mile radius of our warehouse as a courtesy to our customers. The basic delivery charge begins at $65, however, this fee can run higher depending on factors such as:
  1. The weight, size and amount of furniture to be delivered.
  2. Navigational issues encountered in the placement of furniture:  i.e. staircases, difficult turns, elevators, etc.
  3. Delivery distances that are greater than 25 miles from our warehouse.

Regional delivery of our merchandise is also available. We regularly make furniture deliveries to Washington, DC, Northern Virginia, Eastern North Carolina and the Norfolk/Virginia Beach area.  Please contact us for a quote.

Holding/Pick-up Policy: Urban Dwellers will hold items at no charge for up to 30 days. After 30 days, a $50 storage fee will be assessed for each additional month the item is left at our facility. The storage fee must be paid in full before the item will be released. After 90 days of storage, the item will be deemed abandoned and subject to resale with no refund issued.

Reserve/Hold Policy: Urban Dwellers sells items on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not hold or reserve items for customers unless payment has been received in full.

Payment Policy: Urban Dwellers accepts cash and all major debit/credit cards, including American Express.  Personal checks will not be accepted.

Refund Policy: Urban Dwellers takes great care to accurately describe each item we list. However, we ask that you carefully assess your item prior to purchase. These are vintage items, and therefore may have age-appropriate wear. All sales are final.
